U judge him if he is hurting u, but u don't judge him if u are not the one being hurt by him.
Judge in bible means selfish hatred/bully/discrimination/favoritism/hypocricy/hubris/punishments/persecutions, only God or your parents can punish u, so don't punish anyone who is not your kid. U have to practice judging to gain sound judgements.
Only express your judgements peacefully, don't violently carry out your judgements yourself or by politicians because your judgements could be wrong&evil arrogant:
Harass abortors as murderers;
Fire trans genders from army;
Ban gays from becoming popes/preachers;
Fire workers because of accidental errors;
Fire/Sue someone disagreeing with u;
Kill/Remove/block/ban people/signs/posts to restrict freedom of speech.
Ex of peaceful judgements:
I contacted president to tell him his every policy is selfish;
I told my friend that he is a God-hating money lover;
I told my renter that he is neglecting his kids instead of calling social service;
Neighbors asked me to clean my yard instead of calling authorities;
Neighbors asked me to stop spanking my dog instead of calling police.
